He came out after big ice storm and we lost huge branches from our trees. He was very responsive even though the house is hard to get to. He’s great. He came back this month to correct the growth issues we have had with the trees since the ice storm.  He’s been great working with me long distance and working around my daughters nurse schedule. The pricing was a bargain with how many trees we needed fix. He took the time to explain why he had to do what he did. He is licenses arborist.

Bruce responded to my call for a bid within a day. I called three arborists for bid. One never showed up, and the other bid was $75 higher than his. Bruce was knowledgable and polite. He completed the work on the day he said he would. The crew cleaned up the majority of the tree, although there were a few small branches and some twigs left on the ground. I took me about 10 minutes to pick these up. I have many small bushes and trees around the tree that was removed. Bruce and his team were careful to protect my plants. There was minor damage to one plant, but all others escaped harm. Bruce returned later that evening to fix a gate he noticed was falling off it's hinges. He did this for free. I would use Bruce again, and I would recommend him to others.

He came gave me a quote. we agreed on the price. He came within the time estimated. the work was quick and the cleanup was complete. The hawthorn no longer hangs over the roof.  He gave me instructions on keeping the tree well trimmed

I've been using his services for 20 years. He is absolutely conscientious, knows his business and knows the trees. I rely on him to tell us what we need because he will be honest and truthful. He talked us out of a big job not too long ago because he didn't think it was necessary. His prices are very reasonable and the quality of his work is excellent.
