I bought my first house with Mary 5 years ago. I was so pleased with Mary the first time around that when it came time to sell the house, I decided to go back to her again. It was an overall pleasant experience and Mary was always helpful in guiding me through the process and keeping me up to date. The day after my house went on the market, we got a offer on the house and we negotiated a good deal. Everything went pretty smoothly from there. I couldn't be happier with how things turned out.

She provided outstanding service in every way often going above and beyond our expectations.  My husband is disabled and we live in Sweet Home so having a caring agent like Mary was so important to us.  She returned every email or phone call promptly.  She performed at least 2 different market analysis to set just the right price to sell quickly yet gain maximum profit.  This last was vital because this would be the major funding source for our love one who was going to need to live soon in assisted living. She assisted us in finding contractors in Eugene to do necessary work on the house.  We lived out of town so this was extremely helpful.  To make it easier on my mother-in-law, she came to her place of residence and we did not have to travel to her office.  Mary is just a consummate professional and a five star agent.  I cannot imagine anyone not being happy with her services.
