Fine. Work crew was excellent.

Matt and Eric were our installers, and because the old window had to be removed in pieces, the job took longer than anticipated. Matt and Eric expressed concern that we would feel inconvenienced, but we were simply glad to have such skilled and considerate workers on the job. We could not have asked for a better crew or a better installation. In fact, the sales people, office staff, and everyone else we worked with obviously enjoyed their jobs, had confidence in their products, and made every effort to return our calls promptly and to answer our questions fully.

Another great experience with Mark & company. We had our windows done by them at another home, which is why we chose them again. The owner Mark came out several times to be sure the measurements were right, and the crew that came were respectful and professional. They did a great job installing the windows, and cleaned up as they went. Highly recommend them!

Mark and Co. did a great job. From the first time we talked with them, through the estimate process and the ordering and delivery (and installation). they did a great job. I'd use them again an highly recommend them to others.

The owner of the company came out measured the windows and gave me a quote for removal of 3 existing windows and installation of the 3 new Milgard windows. After company received the windows they called me to set up a date to come to my home and do the work. 2 men from the company arrived on a scheduled date replaced and installed the windows as per the agreement. If and when I decide to replace some other windows I will give this company a call as was very satisfied with them.

I wasn't able to be present for estimate. Gave my father-in-law and Mark and Co. complete instructions on what I wanted for windows. They asked him questions, but didn't follow up with me. Had to call them back with answers. They said 5 to 6 weeks for windows to come, but it really was 12 weeks. After examining the installation, there was a crack in the kitchen window and the bathroom window wasn't the privacy glass we had requested. I wasn't called back for a couple of days after reporting this. They used the window waranty for the crack, so manufacturer came and replaced it. They changed out the bathroom window, but didn't let me know that it was done. Bad communication.

LOVED my experience with Mark and Co. from start to finish. From original estimate, to the end they really take care of their customers. Carefully worked around my 'junk room' to replace windows in there, and did not leave a mess inside or out on entire property. It's amazing how quickly they got all windows done, caulked, sealed, etc. Even on a cold fall day.

They were quick to come and give you an estimate when you call them.  They are not right down to the middle line on the measuring.  They come, measure the windows and give you an estimate.  If you decide to go with them, they come back and measure exactly.  The windows were done so beautifully.  That was why I used them again.  They do a wonderful job.  I know other people that will only use Mark & Co.

They didn't clean up as well as I had hoped. There were a lot of things that I had to do afterwards which I thought they could've done themselves. They have a reputation for coming in and being really clean and leaving like we never knew they were there, but that definitely wasn't the case. I think they were too busy or something. I don't know. I would not recommend them, but I would also not say not to use them.

A very good overall experience. They were highly recommended by other home owners. From the first call (very friendly and personable) to final clean up, professional, knew what they were doing, matched other bids and a great job. Answered all questions timely....
