They took a huge amount of time i going through all the decision-making. Whether to get a new computer, a refurbished computer. A removal of the internal hard drive to make it a standalone unit to plug into a newer unit. A huge amount of information, insider information, to me, about release dates of system upgrades and the like that helped me to make the least costly, best decision I could.

Professional, speedy, courteous, welcoming, knowledgeable people.

I wish I had known about these guys years ago! I've been a Mac user since 2004, and have always taken my machines to the Mac Store when problems arose. I had come to expect slow service and expensive repairs, so imagine my surprise when I decided to try Mac Tonic and they not only got me in that day (no appointment was necessary!), but got it back to me within two hours at a much lower price than expected.
In addition, the employees where very friendly and knowledgeable without being at all condescending when dealing with my relative computer ignorance.
I was already impressed with them, but when a question arose afterward, they shocked me by calling me back AFTER HOURS! That's right, I couldn't figure out my password to unlock the computer (fyi, there isn't one when you wipe it - you just hit enter), and they got back to me right away despite the fact that they had been closed for well over an hour!
These guys are fantastic, and I will be going to them for all my Mac needs from now on, including my iphone, as well as telling all my friends.
Another FYI, they sell refurbished machines (Macbooks, iMacs, iphones, etc.) at a much lower price than the mall store, WITH a guarantee, so when its time to buy my kids their first computers, I know where I'm going!
