Since this is a house purchase, I am not comfortable with listing the cost of the home. Lori was recommended to me by my real estate agent in Blaine WA. The first thing she did was send me a package with lots of info about the Eugene area. We worked in finding a home through e-mail and the Internet. When I came to Eugene to look at houses, she had 10-12 houses to see each time. The house I chose needed some compliance work. The sellers weren't sure if they were going to do it. Lori was great getting what I needed at no cost to me. Then the contractor did not complete the work correctly the first time. Lori did all the follow up to make sure it was done correctly.
