Quick response for the estimate. Got the scheduled and done quickly and the floors look wonderful!
The workers that did the job were nice and patient.

I was not very happy with Llama Flooring. There was a lot of damage to the moulding, to the edges of the wood. There was discolouring as well. I was spoken to very rudely when I called about this. Will not use them in future again.

This is a top notch company. The quality is excellent, the price well worth it. Installed hickory floor in the guest room and it looks so good I don't even want to put furniture on it. The finish is beautiful.

I wasn't sure how much floor to refinish and how much to leave carpeted. They were fine with my indecision and eventually I decided to have everything done except one bedroom, the kitchen and bath. Llama relied heavily on one trusted worker who did an excellent job. They were obviously doing several other jobs simultaneously, but kept the progress on mine as scheduled.

Llama Wooden Floor is very skilled in the flooring business. My floors look like brand new. Their price was very reasonable and there was no clean up for me. They are the type of company that gives 100% to their customers and I am a very pleased with them.
