There is a manufacturing defect at the back of the car. Supposedly it was fixed. When the rainy season hit, it flooded out again. So I had to take it back and have them fix it for free. Even if the warranty had expired it was still considered under warranty because it occurred originally when the car was still under warranty. They're really good about that.

They pride themselves on being very professional. They get rated every time you have an interaction with them. They send you something in the mail. They try to be the best they can every time you go in there.

They do what we expect them to do. The oil changes are free. They are pretty good. We lost one of our cup holders and they gave us one from an old car and they didn't charge us, which was nice. The quality of service is good.

I have a lifetime oil change agreement since I keep my vehicles a long time. I bought my Frontier in July 2005 and have had all of my service performed here. I have never had any problems with any of the work performed and it is always done when promised.

I purchased the optional lifetime oil change package at the time of purchasing my used 2002 Nissan Xterra in Oct. 2006. The 3 times I have scheduled just an oil service I have received multiple phone calls from salesmen, mailings and even email about trading in my vehicle for a new car. I finally got fed up, spoke with a manager who insisted that I signed up for their marketing protocols, and requested to be completely removed from ALL lists with their dealership. I have since scheduled all service at Lithia Saturn and have had no hassles and are much quicker about service with no pesky salesman banging at my door.

The man I talked with was very nice. He took me the same day, and I was there in fifteen minutes. They drove me home at 1 pm, and had me back at 4 pm, in time for me to beat traffic.
