I was extremely disappointed from beginning to end. It never got off the ground.

It went very well. Eric Leuallen came out and walked around the yard with me making notes of special needs (tree growing over roof gutters). Listened to my concerns and answered questions. He e-mailed me a detailed work order and scheduled the work promptly. The two workers arrived on time and did all the work described in the work order including hauling away all the brush and leaving things tidy and better than they found it. They even hauled off a small pile of shrub prunings we had in the yard. When I asked them to take a few more branches off one tree, they complied cheerfully even though they were done and packed up already. I would definitely use this service again.

I don't remember the exact date or amount we spent. We had a very tall cypress that was leaning and threatening the house and also a very large river birch that was taking over a sideyard. There was another tree (think it was a maple) with roots growing awfully close to the house. The birch was especially difficult to get to (not much space between houses). Leuallen's did a great job removing both trees and cleaning up after the removal. It was not cheap but it felt reasonable for the amount of work required to finish this job. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and would call them again for any problem trees. Or for trees that need trimming (they don't blindly hack away at the limbs like some less skilled folks).

The experience was good. If we had other work we would probably have them come out to give us a bid. The quote was a little bit higher, but that's not to say the work wouldn't have been good.

I think they had done a good job. They have got a pretty fir reputation, and seem like nice people. I would continue to use them in the future.

The two workers arrived as expected and did a wonderful job. The trees, hedges, and bushes looked really nice when they left, and the cleanup was thorough.

I like the fact that they've been in business for a long time. I like the quality of the service they've provided. The way they are set up is you call them when you want service, rather than putting you on a set schedule. I like that because I don't like paying for a service every week that I might not need.

Always excellent pruning techniques. Cleanup is neat and thorough. Regular spray program keeps trees protected from disease and insect damage. Individual needs are taken into consideration. All technicians are knowledgeable and courteous.
