LEMAY CONSTRUCTION

Each time we have LeMay work for us, we are happy!  He is a efficient, and does a superb job! My new office area is something we are very proud of.  My husband didn't buy the best of laminate floors, and so was not the easiest to work with, but you can not find anything wrong with the flooring, This was done in a timely manner, we were having a function here at the house, and he was done, and cleaned up.   All the work we have had LeMay Construction do, not one complaint.

Overall the job was completed on time and close to the original budget.  Time found some work done by a previous contractor that was left incomplete.  We had a water line bust during the big freeze in 1991.  The workers patched the pipe but failed to put the insulation back when they were done.  Time discovered it and helped us find a service to finish the job correctly.

Mr LeMay discovered the joists were installed incorrectly, he corrected this in two days time. The harwood flooring turned out fantastic, we love the travertine tile that was laid in the entryway it turned out better than I could have imagined. Each step was carefully planned out and on time. At the end of each day the construcion materials had been cleaned up and no mess left behind. The drywall and texturing was perfect you could not tell where the old fixtures and outlets had been. Our house finally bacame the home that we had dreamed of when we had it built. Thank you Mr LeMay for making our dreams come true.

Tim was punchtual, pleasant, and effective. He iwas a perfectionist and refused to leave until everything was perfect. He worked with the leftover material I had to patch several holes in a tongue and groove hardwood floor. The final result was better than I could have dreamed.

From the call to finish LeMay was 1.) ON TIME, 2.)ON BUDGET, 3.)FASTIDIOUS work. Works by himself, is very deliberate. Hits a problem, gives advice (leaky valve on toilet, gives name of someone who will do it right). I provided front and back doors; I wish I had had him choose them from the hardware store, as there were flaws he saw after they were up. He's fast but deliberate when working. I appreciate all the careful attention to detail. Best work I've had done.
