+ -1 moreShe is wonderful. We have sold three houses through her. We have been using her since 2008. My sister recommended her to me. She was calm with me the whole way through. She did a fabulous job. Basically the fourth person that looked at the home bought it. We have a saying in our home "In Kim we trust." She is the best. I like the fact that she is very upfront. When she sees that someone is having a problem she doesn't push. She always gets back to me. Follows through on the comments through the emails. You aren't just a customr to her your a real person to her.
