About us

Keepin' It Green, LLC is a small, Eugene, based business offering Eco-friendly landscape maintenance and home care services. The idea to start an Eco-friendly landscape and home maintenance business was sparked from our love for the environment and our need to apply our professional experience in a way that would make a difference in our community. From this, Keepin' It Green, LLC was born. We started researching the negative environmental impacts of conventional lawn care equipment and were surprised at how abundant and terrible the pollution from this equipment is. We knew we were on the right track in wanting to provide customers with a cleaner alternative. After months of research, we finally settled on purchasing Eco-friendly electric equipment and a cleaner burning propane mower. We now offer customers a variety of environmentally friendly landscape maintenance and home care services with the use of our green equipment.

We offer landscape maintenance services including mowing, blowing and mulching and garden services ranging from basic installation to maintenance, edging, fertilization and pest control. We also offer home maintenance services including safe moss removal, pressure washing, roof and gutter cleaning, trimming, window washing and yard debris removal.

Because I have been using Keepin' It Green for about 1-1/2 years now, I can say it is a pleasure. Jake is personable, environmentally friendly, and a good worker. He helped me transform a garden into something that fit my personality and lifestyle. He is busy, and not able to be available immediately, but he works very hard to work with you. I would recommend him.

Mr. Miller showed up promptly, we discussed the job and he gave me an estimate. It seemed high, but I was aware of the soil around my house. It is hard pack clay, impossible to get a shovel into. And I had a big area to be done. So I agreed.
He did an amazing job. He put in smooth curves around different gardens. The edges are perfect and unite the whole yard. To say he worked hard is an understatement.
I couldn't be more pleased.

Jacob came out and gave an estimate; he spent a good while with me discussing the job, how he would go about it and his philosophy. It felt like an excellent fit for me, even though I had received a lower bid from another firm. He showed up on time and got right to work. He ended up doing more work than he had bid, and it was quality work. He did a nice job of cleaning up. I really like working with local, small business-people that are customer focused and hard-working; if you're looking for someone like that, Jacob's your man.

The workers arrived on time as scheduled to give an estimate and then to do the job. Their
estimate was fair. They went out of their way to clean up my yard and
to clean the gutters. They hauled away the yard waste promptly. They checked in with me at the beginning of the project
and at the end to make sure I was happy with the work. I will definitely utilize these folks again.
They are friendly and professional and very reliable.

Jake came and gave me an estimate, which was the middle price of 3 estimates. He was very professional and knowledgeable. His estimate was very thorough. We have contracted with him for monthly maintanence for our 4 unit HOA. He did an excellent job. We also hired him to remove moss and clean gutters and his work was impecable.

Jacob is very professional and did a fantastic job. He was easy to get ahold of, easy to schedule a walk through with and showed up when he said he would. He kept me updated via email which I appreciate and the work he did was well worth the results. I will continue to use his work on a biweekly basis.

This experience was amazing. He arrived on time, cleaned up a yard that had been left unkempt for months. Weeding, trimming bushes, raking. He uses clean air machines avoiding the smell of gasoline. He will be returning to wash the windows and to hang large bells, chimes and a bird bath to the outdoors. He worked very, very hard. He was here for 3+ hours. I am very glad to have found him, and intend on using many times in the future.
