+ 0 moreWe bought a washer from them and they delivered it. When we started a load of laundry, the agitator came off. The technician didn’t even make it back to the office and he came back. He was able to get it to work again for a couple of additional loads but it broke again. When we called the office, they asked us what we wanted from them. My sister told them that we wanted it to be fixed so that it would work properly. They came out and replaced the agitator with a new one and we haven’t had any problems since.
Description of Work: I purchased a washer from Joel's Appliance Store.
