I've never had anything but good experiences with Jenny.  She gives a great cut every time, she pays attention to what you want, she's super friendly, and she doesn't charge an arm & a leg. 

We love her. She is a very kind person. She listens to her clients and she doesn't try to push anything on us. If we ask her a question she will work with us to try and find a hair style that will work for us. Everybody in our family goes to her. My mother-in-law goes to her because another stylist told her that she couldn't do what she wanted to her hair and that it just wasn't possible. She then went to Jenny's and Jenny was surprised they said it was not possible because it was possible. She listens to the people sitting in the chair. Her responsiveness towards me when I reach out to her is immediate. I'll send a text message or leave a voice mail and within five minutes I will hear back from her.

The price point is a little high for my new budget as I usually tip $5 and buy some product so it's a $50 day at least.

I am very happy with their service. They are fabulous. They are very professional. I always get a good haircut and of the employee's there are wonderful.

It's been several years so this review may not be accurate anymore. I went to Jenny's salon for two years for haircutting. She did a decent job. When I asked her to color my (gray) hair, she used chemical products that made my eyes and lungs burn. She had me sit under a hot dryer with these strong chemicals in my hair, which seemed like an outdated practice, and was very uncomfortable. My hair didn't look or feel good or natural after these treatments, although the color did "stick." I did this two or three times thinking I might get used to it and then quit going to this stylist.
Colorists I have used after this one did not use products that required setting the color under a dryer nor did the chemicals have such a powerful scent. I would recommend Jenny for haircuts but not color.

.She is a smart business woman and she has alot going. She is great.

I think she may be good with people that have average hair but because my hair is not easy to cut she did only an okay job. It felt like each time she was in a hurry and maybe needs to book appointments allowing for more time or maybe does not keep up with new ways to cut difficult hair. I am not sure what the problem was because I told her exactly how I wanted my hair cut. I now to go another stylist that takes her time and does an excellent job.

If I want a shampoo first she gives a wonderful relaxing shampoo. I tell her how I want my haircut and she does just what I ask and is very gentle.. Blows dry or not according to my wishes.

The first time I went, I just got my hair trimmed (I'd been growing it out) but the second time I also had it styled. My hair is difficult to style as it is curly--at the back--and straight everywhere else. Jenny is a warm and welcoming person, and she and I talk about our kids, education, schools, etc. It's a very comfortable environment for me--no loud music or super-trendy stylists :-) --just good haircuts and nice people.

Happy to advise customer in changing hair styles. Takes chances. Friendly place. Great results! I'm happy.

Called for an appointment and was booked for the next day in the afternoon. Did have to wait 15 minutes before being called in but delay (helping an elderly customer) was understandable and staff were friendly/waiting area was comfortable. Discussion centered on my preferences and current needs, shampoo was efficient, and haircut was quick and good. We just recently moved here so this shop was small based on my usual experiences and price was very reasonable. They currently have products in stock that I like to use as well.

I've been to this salon several times, usually with Connie Carrigan. The salon is clean, parking is easy, and they are always on time. Pleasantly-paced, warm and friendly atmosphere with no pretensions. PLUS, the haircuts are terrific and as good as the cuts I got at a top salon in Washington DC when I lived there 30 years.

They are great as soon as you walk in the door. I have been using them for about a year now and they are very friendly and professional. The whole place is clean, nice, and it has a great atmosphere. The prices are the best around as well.

They are friendly and efficient. I was very pleased with the haircut.
