IDO'S WEB ZONE

Description of Work: The computer was not working, took it in to this web zone company for repair. I was told that they could fix the problem. Parts were taken from my computer and old parts were replaced by this company. I was told that my computer was fixed, took the computer home and the computer was in worst shape than when I took it in to them for repair. I informed them immediately that my computer was not working. I was told that that there is nothing they could do because they fixed it. I asked for a refund and was told by the owner of the web zone that no way would I get my money back. I was treated in an unprofessional, rude and disrespectful manner by this company. I felt ripped off by them because they did not perform the services that I paid them to do, which was to fix my computer, and to make things worse they kept my money. This company knows nothing about computers and how to repair them, they're inexperienced, do guess work and treat their customers badly. I do not recommend this company and I will stay far away from them in the future and I advise others not to do business with them...take your business elsewhere. I am in the process of purchasing a new computer, thanks to this shoddy outfit.
