Excellent! I had had other quotes and ideas on how to deal with the exposed weather conditions. Randy came up with the best solution - both cost effective and a permanent solution. He found someone to modify non-wood stock doors and just redid the entire door and frame setup. I have used Horner Construction before for a bathroom remodel (also excellent) and am currently having some additional remodeling work done.
