He conducted himself professionally. He made suggestions and we appreciated his inputs and he later submitted the bid. He was very professional and thorough. He asked good questions that enabled us to think about things we had not thought about. He introduced new ideas and that was good. He was prompt.

Bill charges a flat hourly rate. He doesn't add a percentage to materials purchased and used. Whatever he pays for them, you pay for them. He does things right, or he doesn't do them. Good attention to detail. He was easy to work with as we may modifications to the project as it went along. Gives options, offers advice, but you may the final decision. Couldn't be happier with the outcome.

It went well. Bill and Kevin are really nice guys and make a great team. The work involved removing a granite counter top and back splash so it could be raised in order to accommodate and bigger washer and dryer. The guys were super careful with the counter top to avoid cracking any of the stone. They carefully removed and stored it in a safe place. They had to install some new support mechanisms (the old ones weren't strong enough for the weight they had to bare, yikes!). Then they carefully reinstalled the old counter top. No cracks. Very professionally done; every detail was taken care of. They caulked the edges and kept the area spotless. They even wore booties to protect my floors. I will use these guys again and again!

I am real pleased with him so far. The attention to detail and the professionalism. His friendliness and his creativity around how to resolve certain spacial issues and that type of thing and the flexibility of and ldquo;hey I changed my mind, we would like to do this instead of thatand ldquo;. His willingness to say okay we can do that or offer an opinion on things. He is easy to work with. His attention to detail to make sure that things are done right. His knowledge of what will work or what will not work. If he does not know something, he will let you know, he will not try to get something past you. There is a certain trust there. Price wise for me, he does not do mark ups on light fixtures, it is just his skill and labor and any materials that he buys. He passes the discount on to me. We will be using him for the kitchen remodel.
