David M. Showed up early and I showed him the push bar that was electronically broken and he said that it's not something they normally repair. I thought that was it, but then he said do you mind if I try to give it a shot. I said of course and after 20 minutes he had our door working normal again. Thank you so much David M. You have made a bunch of people happy here because we tried 3 other electricians and they were stumped.

I have used Harvey and Price for the last five years for my gas heater maintenance and I used to be very happy with their service. However, I have not been as impressed with their technicians recently as I was before the company changed hands. They always had older, experienced people who worked quickly and efficiently and always knew how to repair any problems. The last two years they have been out to work on my heater, however, the technicians spent most of the time on the telephone, talking to the company that manufactured the heater to walk them thru the repair process. The biggest complaint I have is that two years in a row they have made billing errors, in their favor, when calculating the time they spent working on the heater. It's already expensive at $95 an hour, and annoying that you start paying from the time they leave the last yob, but adding on time is really a rip-off. I won't use them again.

They call ahead of time. They're helpful. I'm very pleased with them. Their price and quality of service are excellent. They're professional, responsive and punctual.

HARVEY and PRICE CO does a good job. they are always on time when you call them, and they are willing to come on very short notice. i will use them again in the future.
