We could not be happier with the work Greg's team did. We interviewed several contractors, got three quotes, and Greg's quote was within just a few dollars of the low quote. We went with Greg because through the bidding process, they were by FAR the most communicative and responsive. Ours was a relatively small job for them, so we understood that when they had a few guys with a break between other jobs they'd jump on ours. We expected it would be March or even April before our patio was done. We were very pleasantly surprised when Eric emailed and said they would start the upcoming week (mid-February). As it turns out, we were on vacation for two weeks, so all the work was done while we were gone. We were admittedly a bit nervous coming back knowing it would be done and we hadn't been able to participate in the process, making sure it was going as we expected. Well, we got home and could not have been any happier with the job! It was EXACTLY as we had envisioned... and even better if that is possible. The workmanship is outstanding, the craftsmanship absolutely top-notch, and it is impossible to tell that it was added on to the house. It blends perfectly and looks as if it's original to the house build. When Victor was done with the project, Greg himself came over to look it over, meet with us and make sure it's what we expected. He detected on small decorative piece Victor had missed (we hadn't noticed), so he had Victor come back the very next morning and get it fixed.
We had electrical wired to the porch too, and the electrician Greg had do the work made one minor blip.... he wired into the electrical in our bedroom, not realizing that we had our bedside lights working on the wall switch. Whatever wiring he did changed it so that the lights didn't work on the wall switch anymore. I notified Greg's office, and they had the electrician at our house within hours to make the correction.
We could not be any happier with our experience with Greg Stallings Construction. We are going to love that patio for years to come, and thank Greg and his team for a job extraordinarily well done.

We have it all set up and he's going to add onto our barn again, but he still has a few jobs to finish before he can get out here. We already have the money set aside for him because we know his work is excellent. We now have another horse, so we need another stall and he's coming out and enlarging the whole barn. I recommend him to anybody who wants somebody who's totally honest and is trustworthy. His men are all very professional and gentlemen and they are a nice work group. You could get somebody cheaper, however it's the quality of the work and you want something that's going to last and something that looks good and for what he produces for you it's very reasonable. He's so tied up with business and sometimes his jobs are out of town. He's really involved and is all over Oregon doing stuff. We've had other friends that have had him build a huge workshop in a garage. He doesn't get back to you right away, but when he does he makes a commitment and follows through and does a good job. They were here every morning. My husband did an ad for him, but that was after he did our garage and stalls. Everything was already done and it came by as an accident that he asked my husband. There was no pay involved and my husband was more than willing to go and give him a recommendation over the radio.
