Terribly!
Description of Work: We purchased a home and decided to go with this company as our mortgage broker. We wanted to have someone knowledgable and competent to help us through this process. What we got was the complete opposite. This company was great at first but as soon as we got involved in the process, they turned into incompetent money-hungry predators. We lost our interest rate lock due to their incompetence and nearly lost our home because of them. Their lack of communication caused stress and when they did communicate it was half the information we needed or inaccurate. Please don't risk your home by using this company.
