Home Inspection
Martin with Four Seasons Home Inspection was a nice guy and he was punctual but I had serious issues with the actual inspection. The first thing I did was point out the plumbing in the house that I thought was a defective type of pipe which was recalled in 1996. He said it wasn’t and even argued with me about it. Later I learned I was right. There were other problems too. He said there were two layers of roof but there was only one. Also, many of the repairs he told me about were not properly documented in the report and it really hurt me in negotiating repairs with the seller. I was so disappointed with the service that I asked for a refund but he refused.
