Concrete Repair
Joshua was very prompt and personable at first. Conversation was positive and helpful. But the situation deteriorated from there. He kept asking for advances based on unusual sorry circumstances. This was supposed to be a nice stamped surface but the job went to pot beginning when Joshua showed up way after the concrete did. Then things got rushed and the final result was a mess. Then, against my better judgment I gave Joshua money to come back and do some touch up. I haven't seen him since. Then I had to hire another contractor to come out and cut more than half of Joshua's work out and remove it. Finally the second guy repoured the front walk and patched up as many of Joshua's mistakes as possible.
