Fantastic. I had hired a contractor who ripped me off, damaged stuff, failed to call or show up, and stole my money. I am an old lady, money isn't easy for me to come by. I heard about Josh and hired him due to great reviews and reasonable price. He was ON TIME, ON BUDGET, professional, courteous, did a great job, LISTENED to me, went beyond the call of duty, FOLLOWED UP, I mean, remember pride of workmanship? remember honorable behavior? Remember value and honesty? Well, that was what I saw and received. Can't recommend him enough, and his crew was great too, hired one of his team for other work because I was so pleased. People, before you hire anyone CHECK THEM OUT, a lesson I learned too late, read reviews, check the Contractor's board, interview them, had I done that I would have hired Josh and been spared what I am STILL going through 5 months later. High recommend. I almost cried when they showed up on time and did the job right the first time. It will take years for me to trust again, but without these guys I might never. They cleaned up too! Wow.

Josh and his crew were polite, professional, and cost-effective. They were easy to work with, did exactly what they promised, and did a professional job. I would easily choose them again for a future job.

Josh came out soon after contacting him and supplied us with a detailed bid within a very short  time.   After talking with him and looking on his web pages at his previous jobs we decided to go with his company.  He had excellent design ideas and we felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing and would do a good job, and we were right!  Josh and his crew did the demolition and put down the forms one day, came back when weather permitted and did the pour.  They worked well together and left the area clean and tidy.  The project looks absolutely beautiful, we could not be happier with how it turned out.

Josh was very timely in getting an initial look at the project.  The bid package he prepared was head and shoulders above those furnished by other bidders.  It was complete and clearly reflected  our discussions.  Worked started right on schedule and was completed as estimated.  The demo work, which often times can be messy, was completed quickly and with an absolute minimum of disturbance to adjacent landscaping.  The day of the concrete placement went very efficiently.  The finish work was top notch; bringing favorable comments from all the neighbors.  When done the project area was neat and clean.  Josh communicated clearly during all phases of the project.  His crew was very good too.  I wouldn't hesitate at all to have the Final Finish crew do another project for me.  To summarize the project was done on time, to a high standard, and came in under budget.

Josh was very prompt with scheduling a site visit, and arrived at the scheduled time. He was careful and thorough in his review of our project, and was good at educating us about stamped and stained concrete, available finishes and maintenance. He provided a bid within the timeframe we discussed, and his bid was even a bit lower than we had anticipated.

We scheduled the job, and Josh and his crew arrived on time on the scheduled date, even during the busiest time of year. They did a careful job of site preparation, with minimal disruption to adjoining areas, and did a good job of cleaning up as they worked. There were a couple of revisions to the project required, and Josh was careful to discuss them with us and educate us as to why they were needed and other options before proceeding. The job was completed in less time than scheduled, and we are absolutely pleased with the results.

I can recommend Josh and Final Finish without any reservation, and plan to use them on my next project as well. Stellar company, top-notch service.
