 + -1 moreIn my opinion, the biggest waste of money. Eventually a friend stopped by, who knows very little about hooking up a printer/fax machine to a wireless router, fixed the problem in 5 minutes. He charged nothing for his effort. I highly encourage anyone considering hiring this firm, to google glassdoor and see what former employees have to say about the company. What is going on inside, reflects what is going on outside the company. Stay Away. There are much more competent technicians in Eugene who are fast and reasonably priced.
Description of Work: After several service calls, the technician could not find the problem. At no time did he admit he didn't know the problem They charged me a boat load, for nothing.
