A young man came by our house wanting to get potential customers for Expert Roofing. We were needing a new roof so we set up an appointment for a quote. A few days later a man named Marcus came out to the house and gave us a quote. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me confidence in the company, and this confidence proved right. I worked in the trades for 44 years and I could sense what kind of a company Expert Roofing is. Everything about our experience with them has been positive. The job was supervised by Chris, one of their supervisors and he kept me updated and informed on what came next. The roof was done in.one day, looks beautifully done, with a couple of finish up details the following day. The yard and house were left clean and undamaged. My hunch was right. This is a top notch company. I don't expect we will have a leak or any problems with it, but if we do I fully trust a company such as this to promptly make it right. I needed a new roof on my small garage. I got bids from Expert Roofing, plus one of the larger outfits in Eugene and another small family company. I had used Expert Roofing about five years back to re-roof a section of my house that I needed done in a hurry and it turned out fine--but I did want to get other bids to see where they landed now. Expert Roofing beat the big company by a few hundred dollars (and the smaller one by almost $2000), but I wanted to look further into the quality and cost of materials that these 2 "finalists" put in their bids. I discovered with a little research that Expert Roofing was using superior grade materials--and still quoting a bit less than the big company--so that sealed the deal for me. They also projected being able to do the job about 2 weeks in the future, while the big company said it would be 4+ months. From start to the very quick finish Expert Roofing's staff were professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions. Max the foreman went through their 24-point job completion checklist with me and showed me photos for points on the list that needed explanation (no roof walking for me). He and the crew left my patio and yard around the garage in pristine condition. With my experience of using this company 2 times several years apart, I feel confident giving them a 5-star recommendation.

What truly stood out is that he did exactly what he said he was going to do, and he did it exceptionally well.
