A date was set up for installation and they called us when they were on the way. Friendly people, excellent job done carefully, and they cleaned up their mess, what little mess there was.
Of course the real test was rain! We've had some downpours since they were here and it all works perfectly. Looks beautiful, too! We have no complaints about this company and their hard working people.

Gutter is collecting water. Water does not flow properly through the gutter. Gutter not diverting water to downspout. Gutter is not pitched/sloped correctly causing standing water in gutter constantly. Leaks in the corners/miters have developed causing water to flow through the corners/miters instead of the downspout. Water leaks on driveway and earth near the house. Numerous attempts have been made to contact Mr. Ross Traw at Expert Rain Systems to resolve this issue. To date these attempts have been ignored by time. He has made no attempt to respond. He has not called back to schedule an appointment to resolve these issues. I would like the gutter replaced. In the process of putting up the gutter the downspout is damaged. His actions are very rude. Last time I spoke with him, he hung up on me on December 11, 2013. He was rude, yelled at me, and hung up on me like I said. I told him what the problem was after getting through to him and that I wanted it to be resolved immediately and he was rude and arrogant. I will never use him again because of his professionalism and his reluctance to honor his warranty.

They were just absolutely a dream. The quality was good and they were personable people. He was just a sweetheart because we were doing part of the work ourselves. What we did is we pulled the gutters off because we replaced the fascia boards and then he came back in and did the gutters. When I told him that we wanted to replace the fascias he said, "Okay, we'll pull the gutters off and then when you're done replacing the fascias call me back and I'll have the guy come out and put the gutters on." and that's just the way it went. My house is about 1200 square feet. They got here, had the gutters up, the downspouts and everything and we were all standing out in the driveway within an hour. His price was a little higher, may be a 100 bucks higher than one of my other estimates but I went with him because of his personality. They were actually fairly quick about it. I got estimates earlier in the year and then I had to call around because there was some time that went by and I had forgotten to write down who I got my estimates from and so I had to call around and get these guys come back so I could find the one we wanted.

Prompt, expert, professional. Highly recommended. They do have a minimum.

Expert Rain Systems' estimator was prompt with coming to provide an estimate of the gutter work I requested. He gave me the estimate right away and since it was a great price - I had already obtained one other estimate - I committed to having the work done. The following day they came and installed the gutters and downspouts. Everything looks fabulous and the two installers were friendly, polite and considerate, and efficient. They also cleaned up the job site completely. I highly recommend Expert Rain Systems.

I was pleased with them. Apparently and I didn't know this, but the gutters should have been put on before the roof because after the first rain there was water getting behind the gutters and coming down. I called them out and they asked when I had the gutters installed and after I told them after the replaced roof they said that might be the reason why. Any problem I had with the gutters they came out and remedied.
