They are convenient and easy! Their customer service is adequate. We knew what we wanted. We just walked in, went to the section, bought it and got out.

It is a more incredible store. You can go to big box places and the places that are a little bit better; but I like their personal service. I have gone in and I have seen other people too that if you go in with a lamp and you need a small little part or rewiring, they will help you out. They would spend half an hour helping you with a problem and charge you for $0.30 part. The place is amazing. I am happy to have them here in this part. All the employees there are incredibly pleasant and helpful. I have never run into a snarky one. The seller Simon is especially nice and helpful. He goes out of his way. Everybody is super nice. They might be a little higher on a few things, but other things are almost the same like everywhere else.
