Eugene Spa and Hot tub was asked to come in and repair/replace substandard equipment installed by Affordable Spa and Hot tub in Springfield. The tech worked efficiently and completed necessary repairs in an economic manner. I highly recommend this company and when it comes time to replace my spa, this is where I will buy the new spa.

If you go by the enthusiasm of the guy who books the service appointments, you'll never try this place. He sounds as if you're interrupting him and he's annoyed. I've used this service multiple times over the years and the guy always sounds cranky. Don't let this stop you from using their service! The guy who actually does the service is one of the best in any field. He's friendly, is on time, very thorough, and explains what the options are at any decision point. The rates are very reasonable and I've always been satisfied with the outcome. At the point where the pump was on its last legs, he gave me a clear estimate of what it would cost to fix it, how long it might last, and the pros and cons of buying a new one vs. fixing this old one. Hot tub repair is always expensive, but his rates are reasonable and I always feel like he goes the extra mile
