She is a mobile veterinarian so she doesn't have a fixed office. She comes to my house. She is one of a kind. I worked in the veterinary world for 31 years and I would not use most of the veterinarians I knew. She doesn't have a lot of baggage.

Great. I don't think their pricing is much higher than that charged by the vet I used to take my cat to, even though they came to me. I felt as if all those who were involved really wanted my cat to be okay and wanted to be fair to me insofar as their services and prices went. I would give them the highest possible recommendation. Love the vets and the vet techs!

Dr. Leduc and her assistant were punctual and professional yet very sensitive to the emotions of the moment.  Our cat was an outside cat, nearly 20 years old and suffering from various age-related maladies.  After getting to know her (the cat) a little better and her history with us, she gave her the 1st of 2 injections to relax her.  The second injection took effect almost immediately as described and after some heart-felt consoling, the doctor and her knowledgeable assistant departed.  This was a decision we had dreaded for quite some time, but the caring way they accomplished it made the process a lot less emotional than it could have been.

I called on a Tuesday afternoon because our dog was shaking her head back and forth more frequently than usual. She was not in immediate distress and remained playful with a good appetite. The soonest appointment was 9am on Thur. Dr. Howard and his assistant were punctual and very professional. They came into our home and were so gentle and sweet to our very active wheaten terrier. A diagnosis of ear wax build up was made upon examination and after running tests in the mobile veterinary van. Dr. Howard cleaned our dog's ears and gave excellent instructions on the condition and how to proceed for the next 2 weeks. It was a pleasure to have our dog examined in our kitchen while she sat in her own bed! The cost may be more than going into an office but it is worth it to us. Less stress, easy on the dog!

First I would like to say that when Dr. Burns comes to the house, it feels like the care is as comprehensive as that which is available in a clinic. She arrives in a van equipped with all the necessities for medical treatment , including a portable scale that comes into the house to weigh the pet.  Second,  I have two Golden Retrievers, neither  of which qualifies as an "easy" patient but she and her tech handle them with great compassion and efficiency.   I was also impressed with her willingness to explain all meds as well as take into consideration my questions and concerns. As a plus the communication, both via phone & email, is  excellent.  In summary, I recommend Dr. Burns and am happy to have found a vet that makes animal health care so convenient.

I have worked with Dr. Burns and her assistant Sara several times over the last two years in caring for my pets. They are always compassionate, take the time to listen to my concerns, and clearly explain options and procedures that are needed. It is a bit difficult to schedule emergency visits due to the nature of their business, but I will always call them first just in case they are available. I look forward to working with Dr. Burns and Sara in the future.

I made the very difficult decision to have my dearly loved 19 year old cat euthanized for health reasons. I contacted several veterinarians, and Eugene Mobile Veterinary Services were by far the kindest, most understanding professionals that I talked with. Dr. Bonnie and her assistant came to my home at the scheduled time. They were so professional, but yet very kind and empathetic. They explained ahead of time what the procedure would be, and answered all my questions. It was still very difficult, but they made it as comfortable as possible for us. I highly recommend them if you find you need this service for you pet.

Tyhe price seemed a bit high, but all vet prices seem that way to me.  We concluded the business portion of her services quickly.  She sat down and allowed my dog to get acquainted.  She was concerned that sedation given in the leg would be uncomfortable and allowed me to hold my dog while she gave an injection under the skin.  That went well and she allowed me to spend what time I needed with my dog.  When I was ready, she administered the drugs and the dog died painlessly.
The only thing I missed was that I had to supply the towel for the dog to lie on.  That should be something the vet provides

The vet was really good about it.  I am going to take another dog this summer and I will use her again.  I like the fact that she came to my house and my dog was old & sick.  She was very gentle and caring because my dog used to freak out with the doctors in the clinic.  It was really important to have that kind of care.  She made the difference to me and my dog during the last few months.  Her tech wasn't quite as gentle as she was, so that was only negative; but she was great.

Both the vet and her tech were very professional, friendly, and handled the animals with skill and care. This included an extensive exam on a very frightened new to the household blind cat

I don't recall the charge for this service. What I do remember is how thoughtful and caring she and her veterinary assistant were. They had taken care of my dog for approximately a year, and I have no complaints about them. In fact, I recommend Dr. Bonnie as often as I can when I hear that a friend is in need of a vet. If we ever get another dog, I will use Eugene Mobile Veterinary Services without hesitation.
