I needed a new computer that could handle the specific CAD (computer aided design) software I use. Glenn took the time to listened to everything I said. The software I use has very particular hardware requirements, so he thoroughly researched all the compatibility issues to make sure that everything worked properly together. He also made sure that the system would be fast; it handles the memory hungry software with ease. I saved about $800 over a store bought computer, and I got exactly what I wanted. To top it off, he installed security software, so I didn't have to worry about that.
