I have to say this was a completely unsatisfactory experience. On Monday April 2nd I took the mower in to get it readu for the season. I was told it would take about a week. I figured that was ok with the season starting. On Tuesday the 10th I called the business to inquire if my mower was done. I was informed that they hadn't touched it yet. I gave them a few more days and called again on Friday the 13th (prophetic) and they still had not looked at it. I demanded the return of my mower. When I showed up at the shop I was told my work order was next. Given the fact that I was going to take my business somewhere else, I had extreme doubts about the truthfullness of that statement. They did refund my $30- deposit on the spot, to their credit. I will never, ever, ever use this business or reccomend them.
