Furniture - Sales
One of the chairs broke, I took it in, and they fixed it. After I brought it home and looked at it again, I found that something was still wrong with it. There was a strap that needed to be woven through. They had put it in upside down, so I called them back and let them know that there was an obvious difference. He said that he would call me back. He called back and said that the plant said that they were reversible and that it shouldn't matter. There is a rounded edge and they wanted to charge me $55 to get fix it. I did not like the way I was treated at all.
