Knife sharpening
This company did a fantastic job of sharpening our kitchen knives. Last year we trusted them with just the plain knives, German made 11", 9" and 7" blades. They were SO sharp and kept their edge through a long extended season of CSA weekly vegetable boxes and went on to do a good job until now. Planning on another CSA season this year, we left them to be sharpened again, along with my favorite serrated blade. Again, SO sharp! This business does great work, and at a very fair price. Less than $20 for 4 blades--fantastic!
