"We're sorry you were not happy with our agreement. We did have an issue where the previous job took much longer than expected because it was a tile roof job and many of the tiles were cracked and required lower pressure cleaning, extending the length of the job. We offered you a 15% discount for the reschedule, which came out to a reduction $105. We offered a date of completion with that reschedule but you had indicated that this job was time sensitive and so we tried to work it in at the same time as the previous job, as best we could. As a result, we did have shorter days to work on your project. Perhaps it was a misunderstanding with the scheduling and we should have just waited to start on your project to the day indicated on the reschedule agreement. A separate nationwide referral service named us "Best Power Washer in Eugene", 2 years in a row. Most of our customer reviews are 5-star for the past 4 years, and they can be found on Google."
