About us
For my partner Ron Bush and I, it is our intent to primarily serve families with seniors in transition. Many of these families/seniors are looking to downsize. We are connected with a group of partners who would be able to assist downsizing/transitioning seniors with services such as legal services, health care consultations, residential placement, reverse mortgages, aging-in-place, estate sales, moving, home care, etc. We offer real estate services for those who decide to buy and sell.
Services we offer
The Downsizing Eugene Group-- which not only provides real estate assistance for aging adults who want or need to sell their family home or purchase a smaller home, but also has access to other important resources to help aging adults and their families. For example: Aging-in-Place services, home health assistance, estate planning, senior's financial planning, elder law, retirement communities experts, senior moving services, reverse mortgages, etc.
