I've been training with her since my dog was a puppy. She is a very positive trainer and patient. She is a part of LuckyDog Services in Eugene, Oregon. She is wonderful and she is reasonably priced.

Jennifer Biglan gave us some excellent, doable strategies for helping our dog begin to enjoy the experience of seeing a groomer. She demonstrated what to do and then we practiced these techniques under her patient guidance. In addition, she suggested several dry runs to the groomer's salon using our newly learned strategies. On the next scheduled visit to the groomer's our dog was ready for his grooming with a much better attitude!
Whenever we need some training on how to work with our dog, we call Jennifer Biglan of Dog and Cat, LLC. She listens carefully, diagnoses the problem, and develops thoughtful steps to change our dog’s behavior and ours! At the end of each session, Jennifer summarizes in writing the targeted goal of the completed lesson and how to reinforce the new behavior. We can then refer back to these sheets at a later date in case we forget a point. The results of Jennifer’s guidance never disappoint us. She brings out the best in our dog and makes life harmonious for all of us.
A bonus is that Jennifer is well connected in the pet-caring community. She is able to make referrals to other local professionals for other dog needs that arise.

The teacher was very patient and she is very centered around positive behavior instead of negative consequences. They have lots of supplemental reading material that you are given to read on your own as well.
