Have used this company for over 20 years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They've always been dependable and professional. From ants to mice to rats, they've gone above and beyond to find the problem and take care of it. Most recently, Dave's assisted with getting rid of several rats that had tunneled under a foundation. The job was done expediently and Jacob also closed up several holes around pipes left by an HVAC company that could have let them get back in.

If you want a company that does not answer or return calls, is notoriously late each time (up to three hours), charges a trip fee to come look at a rat issue but does not have any traps with him; comes the next day (another trip fee) to build a crawl space access cover but does not have a hammer or enough wood, so comes back again the next week (another trip fee) and finishes the cover but there is still a huge gap at the top AND is there because of a rat in the crawl space but does not actually go in crawl spaces (and doesn't tell you that until he gets there); and just flat out lies about coming back to check the traps and pick them up but NEVER SHOWS up even after texting that he is on his way (two different times, two different days),...if that sounds good to you then this might actually be your guy!! :)

Inside - outside treatment was done and the ants are gone.

Jacob (of Dave's Pest Control) came out, assessed the situation, told me the plan, and then spray and placed bait. Now, almost 2 months later, we've had an ant-free home since. I plan on participating in their quarterly plan. Definitely recommend.

Frank is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help solve problems. Whenever I have an emergency, he always can fit me into his schedule, too.

Frank Price is a pleasure to do business with. Local HONEST family-run business that knows its trade. We've used them for years now for regular pest control, especially monthly exterior bug treatments of home perimeter and eves. We had problems with 3 or 4 ground hornet nests last year and Frank came out promptly to take care these issues. He also discovered where mice were getting into our garage and utility room and took care of that as well. I highly recommend his service and expertise.

We rent. Our landlord said to call Dave's. They returned call within minutes to schedule appointment window of an hour for the next day.
Jr. arrived at exact time. Looked at the situation, got his spray and said if they were still active in a week they would come back at no extra charge.

I don't don't what the charges were as landlord was billed.

There was no need as there is no further activity in the wall.

When I called to make an appointment, the woman I spoke to was pleasant and polite, and I was able to get an appointment within two days. After I told her what I needed, she made sure that I knew what safety things should be done to get the house ready for spraying - such as putting dishes in closed cabinets, picking up pet dishes and toys, how long to stay out of the house after spraying, and to wipe down counters afterwards if spraying was done near the kitchen. Since the property was empty at the time, these things were not a concern, but I appreciated her not assuming that I would know what needed to be done had it been necessary.

The gentleman showed up on time, was extremely polite and friendly, and walked through the place with me so I could point out where I had seen the ants. I left him to do his work - and felt very comfortable asking and trusting him to lock the place up after he left (since I had used them before).

The next day I still saw a few ants so I called them. The gal who answered the phone told me that it can take a few days for all the ants to die and I should give it another 3 days. If at that time I still saw the ants, to call them and they would come back out and re-spray at no charge. I didn't see any more ants. I believe that they also have a policy that if they spray for ants and the ants reappear within 30 days, they will come back out and re-spray at no charge.

In addition to ants, I've had them spray outside for spiders in the past.

I have used them many times for rentals and my own personal property, and would recommend Dave's without hesitation.

They don't charge anything more for interior work. They do the work monthly, from spring until October. They charge me monthly. They are extremely good at what they do. They are fairly priced too. I can depend on them. Every year they ask whether they should resume their service, and I always ask them to continue. They are quality people to do business with. They are extremely efficient and really good at what they do. They are very concerned about the environment of our home and our pets.
