Since then they've been coming to my place every other week and the service is great. My place is always spotless when they leave. They are very thorough and efficient. They generally stay here for about 2 hours, 3 hours at the most.
They are always very punctual and Caprice always sends a text or email with a reminder of day and time they'll be coming and who will be coming along.
At the beginning of each month she sends an email with the schedule for the month ahead. If she needs to make any schedule changes she'll let me know in advance so we can plan ahead. The opposite also happens, so when I need to change the day for any given reason she is always very responsive and we could always make it work.
Caprice and her team are very professional and she is always worried about everybody's well being, so when someone in her team is sick she asks them not to come. She also asks us to let them know if anyone in our home is sick so we can skip service for that week avoiding her team to get sick also.
I'm really satisfied with the service and totally recommend Creative Household Services to anyone that needs some help cleaning the house.
"I was contacted by this member for bi-weekly housekeeping services. Mel & I met with member for a walk-through of her condo. During the meeting we scheduled the first cleaning on 5/31/2016 & we are still cleaning for this member currently Oct. 2016. Condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dinning room, kitchen & laundry room. Member has 2 cats that shed. We vacuum couch, throw pillows & upholstered chair in living room. Use high ceiling tool to cob web high ceiling in dinning room once a month. Clean kitchen, bathrooms, change sheets on master bed & guest bed. Vacuum & mop both wood & vinyl flooring, Vacuum carpet. "I was contacted by this member for bi-weekly housekeeping services, Mel & I met with husband & wife for a walk-through of their home. We collectively decided that this members home needed a thorough deep cleaning. However we collectively decided to wait on the deep cleaning because members were going to have some remolding projects done. We started bi-weekly services visits on 7/5/2016 & remolding has just finished up in this month of October. House had master bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, 2 offices, one guest bedroom, large living room that is connected to formal dinning room, large kitchen & laundry room. Whole house has vaulted ceilings, wood & tile flooring. We collect garbage & recycling through out the house & take to main cans outside the house. This house has been a great fit for us & members are outstanding to work for."
"I was contacted by this member for once a month housekeeping services. However my schedule at the time did not allow for that so we decided to go for bi-weekly housekeeping services. I met with husband & wife for a walk-through of their home. I did a thorough deep clean of their whole house on 4/8/2016 which I did by myself it took me 9.5 hours. After the first initial deep clean we started bi-weekly service visits on 4/20/2016 & our last visit was on 7/28/2016. I increased my rates effective 9/1/2016 to all of my clients due to the raise of minimum wage which took effect this year July 1st. Rate increase on my end included cost for gas, paying my employee's travel time, wait time, rest breaks & once a month safety/staff meetings. In doing so I lost my account with these members due to their comment above of "monthly budget changed and we could no longer afford". I actually lost 5 bi-weekly clients due to rate increases. This is business! These members here were always a pleasure to work for. They lived tidy in a very large home that was all wood flooring accept for 2 kids bed rooms were carpeted. I was trusted with garage code for access to their home as husband & wife are working professionals & were not home at the time my team members & I would come to clean. House had 3 bedrooms, large living room, large kitchen, formal dinning room, laundry room, office guest full bathroom, master bedroom, master closet & master bath with was had a large all tile shower & flooring. I appreciate these members business & have wished them the very best. They did say they would hire me again in the future when their budget changes. Thank you for your business!"
"I was referred to this member by their neighbors who live across the street that I have provided bi-weekly housekeeping services to since 2009. I met with this member for a walk-through of their home. We set up a bi-weekly schedule for regular housekeeping services which started 9/21/2015. They have trusted me with their garage code for access to entry of their house as sometimes when we come to clean they are not at home. A check is always left on the kitchen counter for me to pick up. We clean this members home on a rotation. Once a month we go through & cob web high ceilings. Every third visit we clean three guest bedrooms & bathrooms. Every visit we clean master bedroom, master closet, bathroom, office, large family room, entry way, formal dinning room, large living room, another full dinning room, kitchen, wet bar area, long hall way & laundry room/office. "This member contacted me to clean a house she owned prior to putting it on the market for sale. House was dirty. We cob webbed high ceilings, hand wiped window blinds, window trim, door trim, fronts & backs of interior doors & baseboards. We cleaned two full bathroom & kitchen. Cleaned inside & outside of all cabinets. Whole house had bare flooring which was tile we vacuumed & moped it. This was a big job which took 2 days to complete. "This was a big deep clean job. House had not been thoroughly cleaned in years. Due to the focus of the family caring for a sick family member. Cleaning involved ceilings, wiping walls of stuck on cat hair tufts, inside window glass, window tracks, window screens, wiping window & door frames, wiping fronts & back of interior doors, cleaning of 2 full bathrooms & a half bath, hand wiping all light fixtures, cob webbing & dusting through out the house, hand wiping ceiling fans, cleaning out fireplace of ash, vacuuming bare floors & moping them several times, hand wiping inside & outside of all kitchen cabinets & drawers, pulling out refrigerator from the wall cleaning behind of the walls, baseboards floor & outside of refrigerator, pushing the refrigerator back into place, pulling out the range from the wall cleaning behind of the walls, baseboards floor, cleaning the inside of the stove top burners & inside the oven & racks, pulling out washer & dryer from the wall cleaning behind of the walls, baseboards floor & outside of washer & dryer, dissembling the dryer hose cleaning it & re-attaching it back to the dryer & wall, hand wiped furniture including leather couch & several side tables. This review left by the member only reflects the first initial clean on 10/31/2015 & Mel & I returned on 11/1/2015 to finish up of which we spent a total of [Member Information Removed] over 25 hours in that 2 day period cleaning. This member also had Mel & I come back for a second phase of the cleaning on 5/27/2016 & 5/28/2016 this clean was in preparation of getting the house cleaned to prepare it for [Member Information Removed] to sell. On the dates for the second phase of cleaning Mel & I spent a total of [Member Information Removed] over 26 hours in that 2 day period cleaning at a [Member Information Removed] of $1,400.00"

On the day, Caprice arrived with three other women. They were all friendly, professional, and efficient. Caprice brought a list of everything needing to be done in each room for anyone to review. She also went over our discussion with the girls. I was very comfortable having them in my home, enough so that I left to take my nephew for a walk with no concerns.
The works was fantastic! I'm so pleased with the results. I no longer wake up feeling overwhelmed (and guilty) at the task at hand. Maintaining the house is now a breeze. I'd definitely do business with her and her team again.
"I met with this member & did a walk-through of her home. From there we set a date to do a deep clean. Mel, Shannon, Jimi & I started work at 8am-Noon. Deep clean included cob webbing, cleaning inside window glass, window track, hand wiping the ceiling, walls, front & back of door, baseboards, toilet, sink, shower walls, bath tub, cleaning of floor in the bathroom. Cob webbing, cleaning of floor in hallway. Cob webbing, dusting, dissembling entertainment center electronics hand wiping them & the cords of dust & animal hair, cleaning of the floor. Wiping half the wall in the dinning area. Pulling out a computer desk & cleaning the wall, baseboards & floor behind. Hand wiping ceilings, walls, cabinet & drawer fronts, counter tops, window glass, window trim, sink, inside microwave, outside of frig., stove hood, stove top including cleaning drip pans & down inside stove top, inside of oven, steaming floor all in the kitchen. This was a big job since as the member mentioned the boys were left in charge after member had been away on a trip. :) The member told me that she use to foster kittens & the smell of animal was overwhelming when we arrived. The house had hard wood flooring in the living room & vinyl flooring in the bathroom & kitchen. We used Murphy's Oil Soap on the wood flooring & the cleaner I make with tea tree & eucalyptus oils on the vinyl flooring house smelled much better when we left. Called Caprice early in the week and she agreed to meet me at my house that day to do a walkthrough to see what we were dealing with. She recommended a deep clean, which I skeptically agreed to. Again, looking at my house, I was like, and quot;really? Okay...you're the boss...and quot; but figured if I felt like it was a rip-off, I'd let folks know here. Caprice said she thought it would take approximately 9 man hours to get everything done (this is important, as you will see later).
She and her cohort (Mel) arrived Friday morning at 8 a.m. and promptly got to work on the upstairs bathroom. Since there were only two of them, she said they would be done at 12:30. Oh, it's also important to note that I work from home, so I was there while they were cleaning the house. They moved from cleaning the upstairs to the master bathroom (the one that gets heavily used by me and the kids), and then onto the kitchen. 12:30 rolls around and they' were still nowhere near done the kitchen. Caprice sent Mel home, and asked if she could keep going. I told her that was totally fine, so she did. She finished at around 3:45. Again, she initially quoted me $500 for 9 hours of work, but since the job wasn't done, she stayed on an extra 3+ hours to make sure it was at a place she was satisfied with - all without charging me extra for it. THAT, my friends, is what I call going above and beyond.
Of course, the most important question is: how did the house look afterward? Amazing. They wiped down all the cabinets in the kitchen, polished the stainless steel, scrubbed the floors, polished the granite, mopped, vacuumed, and did absolute wizardry in the bathrooms. Oh, and my shower looks brand new again (the shower was one of the main reasons I called). So does my kitchen sink.
So yeah, I'm a fan. I'm having Creative come back twice a month for regular cleanings, so we'll see how that goes. I'm optimistic.
"I was contacted by this member for housekeeping. I met with this member on Nov. 10, 2014 to do a walk through. After looking around I mentioned that starting with a deep clean would be a great place to start. Member agreed. Myself & my team member came on Nov. 14, 2014 to do the deep clean. We arrived at 8am to start the clean by 12:30pm we were no were close to being where I wanted us to be with the cleaning. I sent my team member home since she was only scheduled to clean until 12:30pm I stayed until 3:45pm to get done what I could. At that point I called the member on the phone & told him how far I had gotten in the cleaning process. For this deep clean visit he wanted the upstairs bathroom, master bathroom, kitchen & downstairs bathroom cleaned. We were able to complete cleaning of upstairs bathroom, master bathroom & kitchen however ran out of time to clean downstairs bathroom. After talking with member on the phone he really wanted the downstairs bathroom cleaned but said "it is what it is". I said "I quoted you 9 man hours of work for $500.00 I have spent a total of 13.5 hours cleaning it is what it is". From there we agreed that the next visit I would do a deep cleaning of the bathroom downstairs first thing. This dose happen from time to time where I give a bid to do a job & it takes longer than I expect. After all I never know exactly how long it will take to complete a job. Most jobs are more involved once you get in there & start cleaning. Just glad we were able to come to an agreement for moving forward working together. "I was contacted by this member for housekeeping services. I met with him, his wife & their daughter on May 23rd & did a walk-through of their home with them. Our first cleaning at their home was on June 11th. Between 6/11 & 9/17 they cancelled service 3 times. Once because they went camping, then wife was sick & then daughter had head lice. The reason I terminated service with these clients was because in 3 months of providing services to the them they canceled scheduled service visits 3 times. Terminating service to them was a business decision. I need to have steady income not only for my self but for my 4 employee's as well."
"I was contacted by this member for housekeeping services. I met with the member on Sat. March 22nd. We did a deep clean a week later on Sat. March 29th & have provided bi-weekly service ever since. Regular service visits include cob webbing high ceilings which takes a tool I carry in my Jeep, dusting with the swiffer & hand wiping with a microfiber cloth, vacuuming carpet & bare floors & mopping very large areas of wood flooring, collecting garbage, recycling & glass to take out of the house & put into main garbage cans outside the house, we vacuum 2 large dog beds, on one level of the house we clean in formal dinning rm., large kitchen, large living rm., entry way, office & bath rm., master bed rm. & master bath rm. Once a month we clean laundry rm., guest bed rm., guest bath rm., large craft rm. & stair well. These members are easy to work for & are very flexible. It is a pleasure to be of service to them in their home."
"I was contacted by this member for housekeeping services. I met with this member at her home on Fri. Jan 17th & did a walk-through. We started service for her on Wed. Feb. 12th & have been providing service to her every since on a bi-weekly basis & continue to do so. We strip the bed & put clean sheets on in the master, dust & hand wipe with a microfiber cloth, clean 2 bath rms., living room, dinning rm., kitchen, office, hall way & entry way. This member has a cat that has recently not come to like us. The member moves her cat through out the house to stay with her while we are there cleaning which is much appreciated! "I was contacted by this member for a move out clean.This is a home that the members owned & rent out to renters. I met with this member on July 31, 2014 do to a walk through. The tenets who lived there left it in need of a good thorough cleaning. Myself & 2 of my team members spent a total of 20 hours cleaning on Aug. 1, 2014. I returned on Aug. 2, 2014 to finish up spending 4.5 hours cleaning. Tasks we accomplished were cob webbing of entire house. Hand wiping of all baseboards, window trim & door trim in 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, hallway, living room, kitchen & dinning room. All 3 closets in bedrooms & 2 closets in hall way shelves, drawers & clothes rods were hand wiped. Hand wiping of all fronts/backs & door knobs of interior doors through out the house. Hand wiping of noticeable spots on the walls, outlet covers & light switch covers. Cleaning 6 sets of glass windows & tracks also included slider glass door & track off patio. There were wood floors in all 3 bedrooms, hallway & living room which had to be scrubbed by hand & then mopped over 3 times. Wood floors had paint splatters & other marks on them that had to be taken up with a plastic scrapper. Through out the house were 3 recessed wall heaters that were a fire hazard due to so much dust inside of the units. The covers on the heaters were taken off & cleaned. Inside the heaters were vacuumed out & then blown out with a the exhaust part of the vacuum & covers re-assembled. Bathroom light bulbs & fixtures were wiped by hand. Recessed ceiling exhaust fan was dis-assembled & cleaned thoroughly & put back together. Cleaned mirror, counter top, sink, vanity cabinets/drawers inside & out, toilet, shower walls, bath tub & all chrome fixtures were polished. Bathroom floor was cleaned by hand. Kitchen clean included track light fixture being wiped by hand, inside & out side of all cabinets/drawers, counter tops, sink scrubbed out & polished, inside of oven, cook top, range was also pulled out from the wall & cleaning behind of the wall, floor, back, sides of range & pushed back into place. Hood vents were cleaned. Refrigerator was pulled out from the wall & cleaning behind of the wall, floor, back sides of refrigerator & was lifted up & had to be cleaned out underneath of pet hair & drip pan was cleaned. Refrigerator was pushed back into place. Dinning room light was dis-assembled & cleaned & put back together. Laundry room had concrete flooring that was swept first & then vacuumed. Garage shelving was wiped by hand & flooring was swept & then vacuumed. This was a big job & took 2 days to complete. Members were very happy with the outcome of the clean. I asked them if they would like a paid invoice after service was completed since this was a rental property they could use the cost of the clean as a tax write off. They took up on the paid invoice & thanked me for mentioning it. After the house was cleaned it got put on the rental market that next week & they had renters move in right away. They came on time, worked very hard and followed up immediately. They were very thorough...wiping baseboards. and woodwork, cleaning light fixtures, vacuuming, moving furniture to get to places that hadn't been cleaned for a year. I came home during the deep cleaning and they were completely focused on their tasks at hand. Everything looks great! They are honest young women who get right in there and DO the WORK!
I intend to employ them biweekly in the future and hope to afford more and quot;deep cleaningand quot; of our downstairs areas within the next 6 months.
It was helpful to take them thru my home and see things thru their eyes. I thought my home was fairly clean ( my longtime housekeeper just retired), but they noticed light fixtures and small cobwebsand some dirty woodwork I hadn't really thought about.

"I met with these members & did a walk-through of their condo. They were in need of a deep clean in preparation of placing the condo on the market for sale. I was on vacation the day when they were needing the clean done so I offered to send 2 of my crew members to do the clean for them & they agreed. I put together a detailed list of tasks that needed doing in each room. My team members did a great job. This was the first time I have ever sent them on a deep clean job without me being there. I knew they would do a fantastic job & they did!"

"I was contacted by this member to do housekeeping at their home. These clients are busy with work, having 2 horses they take care of & 2 grand kids on the weekends. I first did a deep clean at their home on 3/21/2014 I spent 9.5 hours cleaning at a cost to clients of $325.00 Deep clean included 2 bathrooms one of which I had to use a special product in the master shower to rid it of soap scum, master bedroom which had a very high landing of which I had to use a high ladder to reach get up on the landing with my canister vacuum & clean on my hands & knees, dusting & vacuuming of a room with a home gym in it, living room also had a high landing of which I had to use a high ladder to reach & clean with my canister vacuum also moved living room furniture to vacuum under 2 reclining chairs & a reclining/massage couch, cleaning of dinning room glass chandelier, cleaning of kitchen cabinets outside, stove top, microwave outside of frig., laundry room/pantry area, cleaned all glass & tracks of 8 windows & slider door. After this first initial clean these members have continued to use my services ever since once a week. It is a pleasure to help them in their home with their busy lifestyle! After assessing the situation I recommended that they start with a thorough deep clean of there home. Members agreed. Myself & my crew of 2 came on Fri. Dec. 6, 2013 in the middle of a snow storm & we each spent 8 hours a piece deep cleaning at a total of 24 man hours. After the deep clean visit we started cleaning on a weekly basis due to members living situation. Now have changed to bi-weekly visits due to living situation changing again. When he moved out of the apartment I did a deep clean job there. Since then he has bought a house over in the Coburg Rd. area & called me to come back to clean for him.
