The computer was ready to go on Friday. They imaged the disc and replaced the drive, so the computer runs just like it used to -- what a relief! They also did a virus scan and made sure everything looked in order. Total cost? $150 -- so the low end of the initial estimate.
We'd happily go back, and will likely turn to ComputerBase when it's time to upgrade.
