This job was done great! I had been told by my landlord that the heavily stained carpets had been cleaned professionally twice before I got the place. I had had Mark do an excellent job on four prior occasions, so felt that he would be the right choice to try and get these carpets cleaned before I moved in. He came out and did a free estimate on what he could do, and how much it would cost me. He was very honest about the fact that a few of the stains might not be able to be removed. I had him come the next day, and he did fantastic! The carpets look like they were freshly installed, not the heavily damaged carpets that I had seen the day before. He was very thorough and fast. He provided booties for us to walk on the carpet until it was dry, and even offered the use of a fan to help speed the process along. The very next day Mark called me back to make sure that the carpets were doing okay, and offered to come back if any of the spots returned after they were dry. The house now smells wonderful and I happily am letting my kids play on them. I've used Willamette Valley Carpet Cleaning in the past and will definitely use them again in the future. The competition may have prices that are a bit lower, but long term Mark does a much better job. I only wish I had taken a before and after picture to show how well he did. :) ( In addition, on a previous job... The house I was moving out of had two years of my kids and two puppies worth of stains on the carpet. Mark did such an excellent job getting that carpet clean that I received the entirety of my security and cleaning deposit back!)
