College pro painters are as far from "professionals" as it gets. On the day they were scheduled to paint they didn't show up. After many phone calls, I was told my date was moved without any notifications. 3 weeks later they finally show and proceed to make a huge mess, not address the problem areas I pointed out and then leave the job INCOMPLETE! Bryces crew were inexperienced and had no supervision. DO NOT EVER HIRE COLLEGE PRO PAINTERS, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I asked if they would accept VISA, as their promotional information said, and was discouraged from charging due to the cost to the company. I felt that if they advertised that they took credit cards, they should do so without resistance. I told them I need to consider their estimate, possibly get others, and that there might be some personal circumstances that would affect our decision to have our house painted this summer.
I received follow up calls on almost a weekly basis, including one personal visit to our home on a Sunday afternoon. After that, in the next phone call, I explained that we were deferring our decision and that we'd call them if and when we decided to have the work done, we would seriously consider College Pro, and not to call back. In other words, "don't call us, we'll call you."
Last week, I received another call (from a different number) and at that time asked them not to call me again. I found the number of follow-up calls both personal and phone to be excessive, especially since I was clear about not committing to having the work done this year and that I did not want frequent follow ups.

Alex placed swatches on the east side of the house, which is in the shade. I picked the color I liked the best, but when they started painting on the west side of the house, I notice the color was not what I wanted after seeing it in a different light. I told Alex I wanted a different color, and she became argumentative. She was the typical high pressure sales person, saying I was wrong and changing circumstances to discredit my concerns instead of just acknowledging them. We terminated the contract, and she did not do the job. She is too high pressure and doesn't listen to her customers.
