COHO CUSTOM CABINETRY

ainW e did a kitchen re-do on a small scale, and had quite a bit to do to update within our budget.  From the very beginning Lothar worked with us, showed me the best way to update.  He is a perfectionist in every sense of the word and aims to please both himself and the customer.  We had a trash compactor to be removed and he put in a great space of shelves that work wonderful.  The best part was the door he had to make to replace the trash compactor frontage.  The door was amazing.  It matched the stain that was put on the cabinets 20 years ago!  An absolutely PERFECT match.  He added Lazy-Susan style shelves that turned a deep, dark unused cabinet into an easy-to-see-everything area.  I am very, very impressed with his work and his attitude toward doing a perfect job.  He may take awhile to get to you and get it down quickly, but you will be rewarded for your patience.  Amazing worker!

Mostly good. Work is excellent - not fancy, but of really excellent quality. He is very careful about matching grain patterns, and cares a lot about aesthetics. Maybe he doesn't work with end customers much, but his price did not include installation (nor did he mention that) so it was a rude surprise. He is extremely flakey on deadlines and that really hurt me, esp. when deadlines were part of the contract. On the positive side, he will work closely with you, and help you with design problems, and even with minor other work needed. His rates are reasonable, and the work excellent, so just be careful re deadlines.
