Cellular Mekanix

I returned after trying the suggestions because they didn't work and needed more help with my phone.  They really gave it more time and a tried it again.  They didn't seem to think that it worked, but left thinking that perhaps I had a few more things to try since they had tried a few more things and it had to be a wee software glitch.  They had checked out all of the hardware and reinstalled the problem software.  Anyhow, they refused any sort of payment from me (once again) since they had yet to fix my issue.  Well, I didn't even get to the car when my phone proved that it did indeed work.   I rushed back in to let them know that it worked and how much should I pay them.  They said, "No Charge" ~ although they had spent some time with my phone!  This is the third time that I have come to this business and I have certainly told others about this company, but I decided that I needed to get on the computer and put it down so others would support them as well!

I have had terrible luck with my iPhone 5s screen but these guys have been fantastic. They have great hours that are accommodating to my busy schedule and it only takes one hour. This will be the third time bringing my phone to them AND it comes with a 30 guarantee. Worth it.

iPhone wouldn't charge; I thought it might need a new charging port. They found the back of the port packed with lint and cleaned it out.. I felt a little chagrined that the problem was so simple and I would have been happy to pay them for this, but they gave me the phone back with a clean charging port at no charge.
