I am an out of town landlord and realized as my rental unit was about ready to be rented that there were some water marks on the popcorn ceiling which had been painted 20 yrs ago in the 40 yr old duplex. I called and Carl called me back quickly and was able to book it with just a few days notice. The crew arrived as scheduled at 8 AM and job was done in no time. Carl said they did two layers of paint as one just did not cover it well enough. When Carl arrived to inspection the job after completion he was dissatisfied with the clean up by the crew so he himself completed the cleanup and gave me a discount for the inconvenience.
Good experience. I was surprise d it cost so much to paint less than 800 sq ft of ceiling (which they rolled the paint on).
