The project started on July 1, 2014 and ended around September 24th, 2014. This was not a big project and there were weeks that went by with no communication or work being done. Each time I spoke to Jake there was another excuse about the length of time the project was taking. He was extremely hard to get ahold of and unresponsive when called, emailed or texted. Not a single week went by with more than 20 hours total worked. The original bid and the final bill were very different and items seemed to be added without explanation.
No work orders were filled for additional charges and certain items were never completed.
