They were clean and professional. They did a good job. They guaranteed their work. My interaction with them was fine. Their work was good. They did not meet the quoted day that they said they would start.

The crew had no idea what they were doing & the owner never showed.

It has been good so far. The guy was on time and walked around and gave us some suggestions. He named the flowers and trees that we could look at and see what we would like. They quoted me about $1200 for the work.

It went really good. They are easy to work with. They were very knowledgable and had an eye for precision.

They diagnosed and fixed a problem with one of the sprinkler stations and replaced two sprinkler heads, but it took them two hours to do it. They did not check the majority of the sprinkler heads in the yard - many will still malfunctioning after they left.  I wasn't home when the work was being done, but I can only ascertain that the technician they sent was not very efficient and he certainly was not thorough.

large portion of the work was the patio pavers and sprinkler installs.it rained much of the time so there were days of no work being done.they covered the pavers with plastic sheets at night and rainy days. all in all they did the work that we hired them to do. We had noreal time schedule on completion but they worked as much as they could before the real rains started. the workers were friendly andanswered all of our questions. They also installed a flag pole base for us in the front yard and did not charge extra labor for it. We feelthat they were professional and we would hire them again to do landscape work for us.

Our neighbors contracted with Braun Landscaping to replace the wood fence between our houses and we agreed to pay for half the cost.  The fellows that showed up to do the work were very pleasant and nice but I doubt they had ever built a fence before. 
we are just now submitting this complaint to Angie's List because after 2 years the shoddy work has become even more apparent as the wood as shrunk some as it dried out.  There are places where we can look into the neighbors back yard and they ours.
As the neighbors had contracted the work, we tried to stay out of the way and let them handle the oversight of the project.  That was a terrible mistake.  They cut top boards short in some places and instead of redoing them, they cut little pieces and nailed them into the gaps.  There was no plan ahead with these guys...if the fence boards didn't fit right in a section, they just sawed little skinny pieces of board and put them in to make up for the shortfall.  I could go on and on about how badly this job was done but instead, my advice would be, if you hire Braun Landscaping to do your fence, make sure the people doing it have some level of expertise at the job.  Every time we go down that side of the house we get upset all over again.  Friends that have come to our house have asked us who put that fence in.  We called after it was completed and asked Mr. Braun to come take a look,( his first I might add) and he was not happy with it either. He said he would not use those same people again as subcontractors but that didn't help us.  He sent someone out to fix a couple of glaring mistakes but overall, it just looks bad.  If it wasn't for the fact that it is on the garage side of our house and obscured from our back yard by shrubs, we would have insisted that it be torn out and redone.

.We had some construction done so they came in and leveled our the yard, seeded it, put in some flagstone. They also took a tree out and put in mulch, and also put in plants. They were one of the only ones that got back to me right away. I would use them again.

My experience with Braun Landscape was a nightmare and I am currently having everything they did taken out and redone.
