Bonn Roof Care

The personnel were friendly. However, they left a mess in my driveway, on all 4 of my vehicles, 2 of them were REALLY bad and on my green overhangs, they are now white. Called the office and was told they would come down nd wash my vehicles, but not dry them. Who dries their cars...this is Oregon? Well, some people are VERY picky about their vehicles and two of mine are not driven when it rains. Think long and hard if you have anything worth value that can get covered with this stuff.

Bonn was fantastic. Their bids were reasonable, their staff professional, on-time, friendly, and great work. Would highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable. Quick repair. And because it was so fast they offered to do some other seal work they could finish under the minimum charge.

These guys are very professional and knowledgeable! They came by and estimated the work, and they went above and beyond to patch leaks (left for me by a previous home owner) and fix shoddy roofing. I am so grateful to have had their expert eyes up on our roof, diagnosing and fixing problems. They pulled out rotting wood in one section, and filled nail holes. They roofed around vents that were leaking, and they replaced the high spine on our farmhouse. The price was more than fair- I fully intend on hiring this company to do a full roof replacement when it's time.

The job was done perfectly. Scheduling was a bit non-existent which would've been OK, but the crew didn't call me before they arrived like I had asked (and was hand-written on the work order). In the end, it worked out OK. I was home & available to give them any access they needed. I'd hire them again.

It always goes well. A team comes out and the job is done in about an hour. The gutters are cleared, the moss treatment done, and the skylights are cleaned. It is impressive because we have a huge house with a steep roof.

Of the 4 services that I called, Bonn was the only one that was not only able to give me an estimate the same day but also repair the problem. What a relief to my roof repaired before 3 more days of rain arrive.

Added I had Bonn come out to add new gutters and improve on the old gutter
system.  They made a below par gutter and water runoff system work
beautifully and the new gutters make the water finally go where it
should!  I also had them take the moss off my roof and treat it.  I am
so pleased with all their work.  They were prompt, fast, professional
and everything looked wonderful when they were done.  My roof looks new
again!  I thought I had magic elves clean up all my leaves in the yard,
and I found out later, it was the crew from Bonn.  What a pleasant
surprise!  Would use again and highly recommend!

Personal residence and 2 rentals went fine with one exception.  The workers bragged about how little time it took to clean the roofs and how much I was being charged.  $100/ a roof and it took ten minutes or less.  One of the rentals had a car porch and I asked them to specifically clean that off......and they didn't.   Took their word for it, and I got burned.  They did all four roofs in less than two hours, including travel time and it was $400.  Owner told me on the phone they would give me a break since they were doing 4 roofs all the same day, but that never worked.  Could have call and complained, but had a feeling they were doing this to everyone......better to not use again.

The owner actually came to my house.  Jolly, friendly man with good customer service skills.  My roof is moss free and should stay that way for a year to 18 months.  I will definitely have this company back.

I'd called three other gutter providers and only ONE called me back 5 days later, even! However, when I called Bonn, they called me right back the next day and were able to come out the same day to measure and give me an estimate. The matched another company's price and scheduled the work for the next week. They were here when they said they'd be. Didn't make a mess, and even hauled away the old gutter we'd already removed. They made one mistake and put the edge of the gutter right up against the papered house without leaving room for the siding, but when I called about it, they sent someone out the next day to fix it.
Excellent. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

Dustin and his crew were stellar. They did the work two days after the bid. Very professional. I would/will recommend them to anyone needing new gutters. As a bonus they were done in about four hours.

Very good I only gave them a B for responsiveness due to the fact that we had to call twice to get the appt scheduled since they didn't return our first call
