My background prior to real estate includes fifteen years experience in marketing and advertising, and four years as a licensed residential remodeling contractor in Washington and Oregon. Home Seller representation: I utilize effective strategies and tactics to help homeowners achieve their goal—getting the home sold in the right time frame, for the best possible price. My service fees for home sellers are based on competitive real estate listing commission rates.
