We couldn't be happier with this builder or his product. His bid was nearly 10% below the other custom home builder in town, but his quality product far exceeded our expectations. The quality, the craftsmanship -- and the attention to detail absolutely knocked us out. We originally were introduced to Bob Heitstuman at the 2006 Lane County Home Builder's Tour of Homes. The home he had in that tour was head and shoulders above any other homes we saw that year. He also worked extremely well with our interior designer. The job came in on budget, and he didn't sacrifice the quality along the way. His subs -- the tile setters, concrete finishers, electricians, plumbers -- have all been handpicked by him for their quality. I know it sounds like I'm writing an "ad" for Bob -- but if you see his product, you'll understanding why I'm so enthusiastic.
