We first bought flooring from Lumber Liquidators... HUGE mistake. We installed it, it was defective (the floor creaked like crazy). We initiated a dispute with Lumber Liquidators, and they (without ever looking at it), wrote us a letter giving us the 11 reasons why it was our fault, and not theirs. We ended up disputing it on our Visa, and after five months Lumber Liquidators gave in and we got full credit -- thanks in huge part to Todd and Tina.
After LL initially refused to work with us, we ripped out their flooring and bought all new flooring from Bigfoot. Todd took a LOT of time working with us on the different types and styles, making sure we got exactly what we needed. They had amazing advice on installation, and even helped us order on the "right" day to expedite delivery and get the flooring to us in perfect time to get it acclimated in the house and ready to install the day we wanted to start.
The service is amazing, the product is perfect. But even beyond that, Todd took the time to examine our crappy Lumber Liquidators flooring, explained to us exactly what made it defective, and demonstrated it physically to us. Then he wrote a very long and detailed letter to Visa/Lumber Liquidators as an industry and product expert, explaining to THEM why the product was defective. We are absolutely sure that his letter is what made Lumber Liquidators back off and admit that they declined to inspect themselves, and therefore accepted our expert (Todd's) opinion.
These are ethical, quality people, fully invested in making sure you get the right product, and will make sure you have a quality, professional, fully satisfactory experience. We will NEVER use another hardwood flooring center. Bigfoot is THE ONE.
