I've used this service before.  When I called, the appointment was made quickly and at a convenient time.  They called when there was a brief delay in the schedule, arrived promptly, cleaned all windows & screens (including 2 skylights) effectively and efficiently.  The owner & workers were friendly and professional, & even made sure the dog didn't get out the gate.  I'll definitely use them again.
